Ruthenium trichloride is a chemical and its molecular formula is RuCl3. It is a glossy crystal particle, usually grayish brown or dark red, corrosive, easily deliquescent, soluble in water, alcohol, acetone and ethyl acetate, and decomposed in hot water. It is used for heterogeneous catalysis or homogeneous catalysis, electroplating, electrolytic anode, electronics industry and other important chemical raw materials.Ruthenium trichloride is a chemical

Hazardous Characteristics of Ruthenium Trichloride: It cannot burn itself. During combustion, corrosive toxic gases such as hydrogen chloride and ruthenium oxide are released. Toxic gases are released by high thermal decomposition. It is corrosive.

Operating Notes: Closed operation, local exhaust. Prevent dust from releasing into the air of the workshop. Operators must be specially trained and strictly abide by the operating rules. Operators are advised to wear self-priming filter dust mask, chemical safety glasses, rubber anti-corrosion work clothes and rubber gloves. Avoid producing dust. Avoid contact with hydrazine and zinc. Equipped with leak emergency treatment equipment. Empty containers may retain harmful substances.

Leak emergency treatment: isolate leak contaminated areas and restrict access. It is suggested that emergency personnel wear dust-proof masks and acid-alkali suits. Do not contact leaks directly. Small leakage: Avoid dust, sweep carefully and collect in dry, clean, covered containers. Massive leaks: collection, recycling or transportation to waste disposal sites for disposal.
